Q: What do I need for a Mobile Detail?

A: For a mobile detail to be performed, the customer must provide at least one water source or hose hookup for our pressure washer, a single electrical outlet for required tools, and an accessible area for the vehicle to be detailed. (ie: driveway, garage etc.)

Q: Do you detail other things than cars?

A: Yes! We detail bikes, campers, boats and just about anything else. For a detailed quote, contact us so we can determine pricing for your unique vehicle.

Q: Does detailing repair damage like scratches on the interior or exterior of vehicle?

A: Depends. While we offer small scratch repair on painted surfaces, deep scratches will require professional body work. If we attempt to repair a scratch and determine it is too extensive you will not be charged. A full polish can remove small scratches and swirl marks. As for the interior, scratches and gouges in plastic are not repairable nor is worn out carpet. Scratches on glass surfaces may buff out with an interior polishing tool. Damaged interiors will still be damaged even with a detail.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept either cash or card payments once detail is complete and customer is satisfied following a walkthrough of the vehicle.

Q: What is the policy on weather and cancellations?

A: We will still detail in light rain, but heavy rain and lightning/thunder will mean we reschedule for another day unless customer can park their car in garage or underneath shelter for the duration of the detail during inclement weather.

Q: What is the difference between a detail and a carwash?

A: A simple carwash can clean surface dirt and debris, but machine washes often don't get everything, leave micro scratches and swirl marks, and leave water spots due to improper drying. A detail removes contaminants within the paint, hits all the spots such as wheels and tires that collect hard-to-remove brake dust and road dirt, and includes superior paint protection and restoration.

Q: Do I need to remove personal items from glovebox, center console, etc. before my vehicle is detailed?

A: Our policy is if you want it cleaned, then we ask you remove the items. Otherwise, we won't touch it. Please note that ANY personal items left in vehicle maybe subject to being vacuumed up or will be assumed to be trash.
